All items are subject to availability and may be discontinued or updated at any time.

3. Order Acceptance & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon (such as for commissioned work). I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at my discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Commissions
Commissioned pieces will be governed by a separate written agreement, including the scope of work, timeline, pricing, and approval process. Deposits for commissions are non-refundable once the work has begun.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is available within the U.S. only for original artwork, prints, and commissions. Greeting cards are available for international shipping. Please review my Shipping Policy for more detailed information on processing times, carriers, and costs.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of artwork, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Emily Hubel and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission. Purchasing a piece does not grant you any copyright or licensing rights to the image or design.
You may not reproduce, resell, or use any artwork for commercial purposes without prior licensing arrangements.

8. Site Content and Accuracy
I strive to display my artwork and descriptions as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. I do not guarantee that your device’s display will reflect colors or textures exactly as they appear in person.
9. User Conduct
By using this site, you agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its security or operation. You also agree not to submit false or misleading information or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site.
